LPS Healthcare Services and Financial Terms and Conditions

1.    Payments should be made online through the LPS Healthcare payment facility at the time of booking appointment.
2.    If a payment is missed, you will be issued with an email notification that a payment has been missed.
3.    While LPS Healthcare makes every effort to ensure charges are accurately recorded, miscalculations in account balances may occur. In such cases, LPS Healthcare maintains the right to make adjustments, without notice, where evidence can be provided that the adjustment is appropriate. Such adjustments will be presented via email and reflected on the Payment Plan and subsequent Statements issued.

Payment Terms
1.    Full payment is payable upon booking an appointment.
2.    Blood tests prices are subject to change and LPS Healthcare reserves the right to charge additional amounts to reflect any pricing changes taking effect before appointment date(s).
3.    Where dishonoured cheques or Direct Debits are provided as payment, LPS Healthcare reserves the right to apply an additional fee to compensate for any charges incurred. 
4.    LPS Healthcare reserves the right to change any of the details or regulations on its website.
All Terms & Conditions stated above are governed by Irish Law.

Events Outside the LPS Healthcare control.
1.    The LPS Healthcare will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of its obligations under the Conditions that is caused by events outside the clinic reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”).
2.    A Force Majeure Event includes any acts, events, non occurrence, omission or accident beyond the LPS Healthcare reasonable control and includes, in particular (without limitation) the following:
2.1 strikes, lock outs or other industrial action; or
 
2.2 epidemic or pandemic; or
2.3 civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of  terrorist attack or (whether declared or not) threat or preparation for a war; or
2.4 any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing a quota or prohibition, or failing to grant a necessary licence or consent; or
2.5 fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, other natural disaster; or
2.6 impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; or
2.7 interruption or failure of utility service.

3.    The LPS Healthcare obligations under the Agreement will be suspended for the period of the Force Majeure Event. The LPS Healthcare will take reasonable steps (if within its reasonable control) to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which the LPS Healthcare obligations under the Agreement can be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Services Policy

By booking our services, the Client/patient agrees herewith and understand that LPS Healthcare is a blood testing facility ONLY and NOT a GP practice. It is the Client/patient responsibility to provide or seek a referral letter from medical professional (GP, consultant, attending clinics) before booking in or availing the service from LPS healthcare.
And also, it is the Client/patient responsibility to seek medical advice with medical professional (GP, consultant) upon laboratory report acceptance.


Appointment Cancellation
